The 9/11 Memorial Museum Store is committed to your satisfaction and will accept returns of unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise within 30 days of purchase. Your purchase supports the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, and we strive to ensure every transaction honors our mission.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and including a copy of the original packing slip or your RMA confirmation.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7 to 10 business days.
